Let me put it this way – trying to even find the Fee’s, Charges and Interest Rates on Macquarie’s website is impossible. Everything is “Come and Meet our Adviser”. Ever heard of open and transparent Macquarie? Generally, they only typically deal with serious players, they are going to charge you a bucket load of money [...]

For the size of HSBC Worldwide, you would think they would have an Australian Broker Arm. Unfortunately, it’s not the case and they run their trading through ETrade – obviously the outsourcing cost is optimised in this situation
